Payment:
Payment is due immediately via PayPal.
Free shipping and tracking information included in price of most items. Item listing will state if shipping is included in price, and also if insurance is. We suggest you purchase insurance on all items. We do not issue refunds for items lost or damaged in the mail if insurance is not purchased.
Shipping: We usually ship within two to three business days of payment. Business days are Monday - Friday.
We ship via USPS and you will be provided with tracking information. We will not be responsible for lost mail. You may email us if you would like to purchase insurance for the items ordered.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.
Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of item purchased of any problems, and we will try to work with you.
Allow two weeks from mailing date before reporting any package lost. You will be given tracking information and we will work with you if item is lost, but can not issue refund for lost items that you didn't insure.
